The Royal Armory is a collection of memories from the country’s different dynasties over almost five hundred years. The Vasa Museum houses a perfectly-preserved warship which sank in Stockholm harbor on its maiden voyage in 1628. Stockholm City Museum also is worth a visit.

Southern Sweden is ideal for both hiking and bicycling, with plenty of scenic small roads and well-marked trails stretching between an abundance of attractive towns, villages, sights and attractions. Skåne, Gotland, Småland, Östergötland, Västergötland and Dalsland attract hikers and campers from near and far. One of the country´s most famous and exclusive salmon waters is the Mörrumån River for some great fishing. Outdoor activities such as climbing, bouldering and mountain biking have excellent scope in Bohuslän, Västergötland, and Småland. The region of Skåne has over 70 golf courses of generally very high standards.
